- Endeavouring to come to site and meet with you on a face to face basis
- Ensuring a detailed needs-analysis and client profile is discussed and understood ahead of any search
- Ensuring all vacancies taken are advertised using multiple social media platforms, as well as job boards and other networking methods including our extensive database of candidates within Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and Middlesex.
- Ensuring all vacancies taken are proactively resourced on
- Ensuring all candidates are screened and met with either face to face or via video-call
- Considering the candidate’s suitability for the working environment (Team fit is exceptionally important)
- Competency based interviewing potential candidates to ascertain their suitability to a role
- Shortlisting our top 3 to 4 candidate submissions per vacancy
- Providing advice on the selection process
- Making sure all candidates are checked for eligibility to work in the UK
- Making sure all candidates have copies of their ID and Proof of Address taken
