TRAINEE COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Business compliance is the focus of this position. This role is to ensure that our client remains industry compliant whilst consistently delivering the best customer outcomes.

Key duties include:
-Completing Quality Assurance on Operational Teams
-Ordering and reporting on Mystery Shop results
-Reporting on results and identifying any trends
-Monitoring and reporting of incidents and near misses
-Liaising with suppliers to obtain documentation during audits
-Assist in monitoring the physical security within the office
-Investigate and write complaint responses

Our client is very open to experience and are happy to train the successful applicant on the basis that you they offer HARD WORK, DETERMINATION and A GOOD WORK-ETHIC!

They are offering a basic salary of £23,000 with a bonus of up to £4,000 per annum.
