Sales Executive
£25,000 + monthly commission + 12% annual performance bonus

Purpose of Job:
Contribute to the growth of the sales department and manage activities of all customers.

The Role:

  • Account management and relationship building with existing customer base
  • Building portfolio of leads using SalesForce
  • Processing orders/invoices in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with order queries
  • Working closely with customers to gather quarterly/annual forecasts
  • Ensure departmental sales targets are met/exceeded
  • Maintain system records of customer pricing, address details etc
  • Support the technical team with customer approval process, including the distribution of approval cards
  • Monitor customer compliance and address if/when necessary
  • Support other departments when required

Key requirements for this role are:

  • Experience in a sales/account management role
  • Confident, outgoing personality
  • Proactive attitude with strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Be willing to multitask and assist colleagues where necessary
  • Must be able to drive
