Sales Administrator



We have an exciting opportunity for one of our very well-established Clients, located in Wokingham. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced, dependable, and diligent Sales Support Administrator to join their small but vibrant team. The position is a permanent opportunity and offers full-time working hours. Applicants will ideally have 2-3 years’ experience, as a minimum, within a similar office-based role.

***Applicants must possess a valid UK driver’s license and have their own transport****

  • Receiving orders via email and phone
  • Processing orders/invoices
  • Chasing for ETA’s
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Ensure sales targets are met in line with departmental KPIs
  • Maintain and update system records
  • Support other departments when required
  • Create and issue approval cards to network members

Key requirements for this role are:

  • Strong work ethic
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Bubbly personality to suit a busy sales office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Be willing to multi-task and assist colleagues where necessary
